this is a picture of brian when he was 9, his dad, craig (in the middle) and his grandpa reeve (right). this is the picture i had redone and framed for him for christmas last year.
four years ago today his dad passed away. i never bring it up because over the course of your relationship, i know he’ll bring up things about his father when he wants to and he does. from what i can tell he was an amazing man and father, stubborn and bullheaded just like brian. he loved the blues and whenever brian hears anything by chuck berry, i know he’s thinking of him. i wish i could have met him.
